Provided Architectural and Engineering services for the design of a 12,000 sq. ft. Data Center within an existing underground facility, as well as upgrading the Electrical infrastructure for both the primary service and (5) 500kW back-up generators.  

Project included work in the following areas:

  • HEMP Protection
  • Existing facility survey and report
  • Provide cut-over schemes with minimum disruption to existing operations
  • Design and Construction documentation
  • Construction support
  • Testing

Our team was responsible for preliminary design development and conducted a site survey and design charrette at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti as part of a Task Order issued by NAVFAC EURSWA.

Renovation of existing three (3) story, 50,000 square feet office building including computer facilities, engineering offices, conference rooms, laboratories, training facilities, medical department facilities, cafeteria and food serving area. 

General Services Administration (GSA) NJ Property Management Center Indefinite Delivery Contract for Projects located in Northern New Jersey, Counties of Bergen, Essex, Union, Morris, Passaic, Hudson, Middlesex and Monmouth

This project provided for the Design and Engineering for predominately Mechanical and/or Electrical projects on an as needed basis for indefinite delivery contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) – Property Management Center for Federal Facilities at eight (8) counties throughout New Jersey including Monmouth County.
